People need to LISTEN!!!!!

Why do people insist on twisting others words, and then laughing about it? is it out of boredom? Or is it some way of making themselves feel better? I don't know, but its one of the most annoying aspects of modern day youth. It would seem that modern day "outcasts" are more in depth than all the "cool" kids. I'll admit Williamsburg doesn't have as much of this, but there are still those who would prove otherwise. It's almost sad how hollow those people are, that they would insult someone constantly, and then expect them to "friend" them on Facebook. This is a major problem in today's youths, and needs to be fixed!

Blogs.

You know, personally, I would be a lot more willing to do blogs if they didn't have any requirements. I dont just write stuff when i have to have it come out a certain way, just saying.

patience, grasshoppaw

I don"t like our surveys. the problem, is that a couple of the students decided to "joke" on the answers. this is obviously NOT helpful. It only hinders us, and isnt funny. however a leader would most likely be forced to endure this constantly. therefore, probably one of the most important skills, is PATIENCE. with out it a leader would fail faster than it took to become a leader. it is what prevents a leader from cracking under pressure.

I don't know what to post.

In my opinion, the most important requirement for a leader, is to know about who they are leading. For example,  Obama is under the impression that most of america's kids are "overweight." However, if you were to actually meet most of them, they are NOT. However, this is because, the governments standards are so obscure, that if you're 200, you're fat, even though muscle weighs more than fat. showing how poorly our current "leaders" really know us.

I HATE PEOPLE WHO CAN'T LISTEN.

one of my pet peeves, is when i'm talking to someone, I tell them something that cant possibly be misconstrued, and they manage to do just that, not only that, but when i explain this further, they still only hear what they want.
 >:-(  For instance, I have told people that "There's a 50 % chance that life is a computer program," what each and every one of them has heard, was "we all live in the matrix/video game." People need to learn to properly interpret other if they ever want to be a successful leader. People who don't anger me.
